Conciliation bodies can now find similar cases in OmbuDesk. The new similarity search in OmbuDesk complements the search functions of the specialized conciliation software. This allows all users to leverage proven knowledge from previously processed cases for similar cases. In this way, the similarity search accelerates the resolution of conciliation requests – without compromising quality.
