Similarity search in OmbuDesk
Conciliation bodies can now find similar cases in OmbuDesk. The new similarity search in OmbuDesk complements the search functions of the specialized conciliation software. This allows all users to leverage proven knowledge from previously processed cases for similar cases. In this way, the similarity search accelerates the resolution of conciliation requests – without compromising quality. How does the similarity search facilitate the work of conciliation bodies with OmbuDesk? Conciliation bodies are neutral and impartial.
OmbuDesk Report Dashboard – the latest feature
CIIT GmbH's mediation software has a new feature. Case workers, mediators, and other users can now visualize their own data in the OmbuDesk Report Dashboard with just a few clicks.
