The Internet Ombudsman's Office has recorded a sharp increase in the number of cases for years. More and more inquiries, mediation requests, and information requests are reaching the office.\u00a0<\/p>

In the In 2020, the Internet Ombudsman's Office still had approximately 6500 cases.<\/a> recorded.\u00a0<\/p>

The number of cases has almost doubled in the last 5 years. By 2025, the Internet Ombudsman's Office reported over 11,000 cases.<\/a><\/p>

The massive increase in requests has led the Internet Ombudsman's Office to look for a suitable partner to implement a modern case management tool.\u00a0<\/p>
