Watchlist Internet x CIIT GmbH

Watchlist Internet is an independent internet platform that informs about internet fraud, educates and exposes current scams. 

The initiative was developed in close cooperation with the Austrian Institute for Applied Telecommunications and the Internet Ombudsman's Office. 

The project is financially supported by public institutions to enable this important work. 

Watchlist Internet provides many useful tools to curb online fraud. These include a newsletter, a smartphone app, a fake shop detector, warnings about scams, explanatory videos, and a helpline.
