RTR is utilizing the expertise of CIIT GmbH to introduce new software for its arbitration boards.

The RTR – Broadcasting and Telecommunications Regulatory Authority – is a government institution responsible for diversity, fair competition and progress in the field of electronic media. 

At the same time, the RTR regulates postal services, telecommunications, media & radio, and digital platforms.

The organization also houses two arbitration bodies: one for postal services and the other for communication services.
