The Ombudsman's Office for Students uses OmbuDesk – a mediation software from CIIT – to process requests from current and former students as well as prospective and applicant students.
The inquiries include requests for advice and information as well as complaints regarding the study, teaching, examination, service and administrative operations of Austrian universities.
The ombudsman's office is responsible for all public universities, private universities/colleges, universities of applied sciences and teacher training colleges in Austria.
Implementation in less than 3 months
