GDPR-compliant and accessible
Handling personal data is sensitive. OmbuDesk simplifies this process by automatically searching through closed cases and anonymizing content that could identify individuals. However, statistical data relevant for activity reports is retained. Our clients can decide when to delete this legacy data.
