The Passenger and Passenger Rights Agency (apf) is an independent arbitration board for rail, bus, ship and air traffic. If a direct solution is not possible with the company, apf helps the injured party obtain their rights and compensation free of charge and without commission. Regardless of whether it is a delay, cancellation, denied boarding or overbooking or no information.
