CIIT implements digital billing tool for the Böhmerwald School
CIIT GmbH, in cooperation with the Böhmerwaldschule, has developed custom software for billing.
The Bohemian Forest School enables children, teenagers, and adults to develop a relationship with the regional forest. The teaching methods are interactive, take place directly in nature, and engage all the senses.
The work of the Böhmerwald School is supported by the European Union, the state of Upper Austria and by programs such as Interreg Austria – Bavaria and – Czech Republic.
In addition, the school offers two support programs: one for forest education and the other for forestry and culture.
Challenge
The teachers at the Bohemian Forest School processed their invoices with participants manually, which was very time-consuming. Meanwhile, the team already has its hands full trying to help people connect with the forest.
The time-consuming billing of services is not only a tedious routine task, but has also resulted in employees losing valuable time.
Therefore, the Böhmerwald School decided to digitize the process in order to make its own work easier and to regain valuable time.
Solution
The Böhmerwald School has opted for the implementation of digital billing by the CIIT Software GmbH The change has been implemented. Together, the organization's educators and our developers have defined the requirements for the digital billing process.
In close coordination, the entire process has been gradually digitized and is now operated by the Website of the Bohemian Forest School accessible.
This resulted in a portal for participants and an internal application for educators to facilitate the billing of services for all parties.
