The “Top Company” award on kununu, one of the leading platforms for employer ratings in German-speaking countries, is awarded annually to companies that have received particularly positive ratings. Only a small percentage, around 5% of all employer profiles receive this award exclusively on the basis of kununu reviews. To receive the seal, companies must meet strict criteria that reflect high levels of employee satisfaction and an above-average corporate culture.
What makes CIIT Software a "Top 2025 Company"?
We owe our award to the great reviews of our employees and the positive experiences they have had with us. Some aspects that were particularly highlighted are:
- Especially in today's world, a home office option is essential for many people. Rigid 9-5 office workplaces with daily commute times of sometimes more than an hour are no longer up to date. This flexible working model has now become firmly established with us and is greatly appreciated by our team. The key here is the right balance between home office and office visits.
- Our salary is rated as above average - and we are proud of that. As a medium-sized company, we attach great importance to offering compensation that appropriately recognizes the performance of our team. After all, we want to win over our employees in the long term.
- Not a single person rated the relationship with superiors negatively - an aspect that clearly sets us apart from other companies. Our family-like atmosphere and the unusually high level of trust that management places in the team and each individual create a working atmosphere in which everyone feels valued.
- We are proud to have an extremely diverse team. Some of our colleagues are career changers who come from a variety of backgrounds and have found a new professional home with us. The management impresses with its excellent knowledge of people and a special instinct for recognizing hidden talents early on and promoting them accordingly.
