This allows all users to leverage proven knowledge from previously processed cases for similar cases. How does the similarity search facilitate the work of arbitration bodies with OmbuDesk?
Conciliation boards are neutral and impartial mediators. However, this does not mean that the staff have to start from scratch with every conciliation request.
